About A'Vauntae Biggs

Hi there, my name is A’Vauntae and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Nevada. I have been in the healthcare industry for ten years – beginning as a Registered Nurse before obtaining my degree and license as a therapist. I have experience working with clients to help them navigate through relational conflict, trauma, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, low self-esteem, infertility, chronic health conditions, and poor boundaries. My experience has taught me that we have ALL learned messages in our childhood that manifest in our adulthood – good or bad. These messages impact how we set or do not set boundaries, how we view ourselves, how we manage conflict, how we cope, how we present ourselves to the world, and how we process difficult emotions. I have a keen ability to empathize and be present with my clients, as I challenge them to grow and stretch through their work. I would like to be part of your journey and look forward to working with you!
