The Arc Mid-Hudson is a private not-for-profit agency founded by families in Ulster, Greene, and Putnam Counties to empower people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to achieve and experience the highest quality of life. Parkside Preschool, located in Mahopac, is a part of the Arc Mid-Hudson family, providing individualized programs and services to support each person’s unique needs and foster independence, productivity, and participation in the community. Our core values of respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence shape our mission and guide our work. With over 1,300 employees, The Arc Mid-Hudson is one of the largest employers in the area, providing quality care and support to over 1,800 people from preschool through adulthood.
