Services To Enhance Potential (STEP) is a Detroit-based non-profit organization that provides comprehensive support services to individuals with disabilities and mental health needs in Wayne County, Michigan. Our services include supported employment, vocational skill building, independent living skills, support coordination, and school-to-work programs for high school students in transition. We strive to help individuals reach their full potential, and are committed to providing the highest quality of care for those we serve.
