Led by Jennifer Ratcliff, who has been representing parents of students with special needs under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) since 2011, Ratcliff Law has assisted countless families in navigating the impartial hearing process and obtaining funding for their children’s tuition and educational services. They also have extensive experience with the appellate level, including drafting appeals to the New York State Education Department State Review Officer and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ratcliff Law is committed to helping families with special needs achieve their educational goals.
