The Progressive Center for Independent Living, Inc. (PCIL) is a Hamilton-based not-for-profit organization that was founded in 1996 to promote the rights of people with disabilities to lead independent lifestyles. PCIL offers core services free of charge and works in partnership with individuals and families to ensure that people with disabilities enjoy the same freedoms, civil liberties, and choices as everyone else. Through advocacy, self-direction, and inclusion, PCIL helps empower people with disabilities to achieve their goals of independent living.
