PIRS is a non-profit independent living center based in Placerville, CA. We strive to empower, educate and provide services to people with disabilities, in order to promote independent living. Our mission is to provide resources to those with disabilities so that they can have more control and autonomy over their own lives. Our goal is to be an advocate for our clients, helping them to make informed decisions about their future. We offer a variety of programs and services, from self-advocacy training to housing assistance, to ensure that our clients have the necessary tools to live independently and self-sufficiently.
