At the Otsego County Health Department, we provide the New York State Early Intervention Program (EIP) as part of the National EIP for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families. Our EIP staff is dedicated to ensuring the health and well-being of our community’s youngest members. We work to provide comprehensive and quality service to families, helping to ensure that infants and toddlers with disabilities receive the services they need to reach their maximum potential. Our staff is committed to providing support and guidance to families, helping them to navigate the EIP process and access the necessary resources they need. We believe that every child has the right to reach their fullest potential, and our EIP program is here to help.
