The Northeast Independent Living Program, Inc. is a non-profit organization providing essential services and advocacy for people with disabilities in the Merrimack Valley, Lowell and surrounding areas. Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals of independent living in their communities. We provide a range of services, from individualized advocacy and support to information, resources, and education to help individuals with disabilities live the life they want.
