NAMI Virginia is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing education, support, and advocacy for individuals and families affected by mental illness in Virginia. Established in 1984, we are located in Richmond, VA, close to the state legislature and provide resources, information, and training in addition to support and education. Through our community-based affiliates, we also engage in systems change policy advocacy, striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those with mental illnesses.
