The therapist then guides targeted teaching trials interwoven with natural environment teaching, like practicing requests during snack time. Sessions end with a brief review of progress and caregiver coaching to reinforce skills until the next visit

Yes. Our BCBAs collaborate with IEP teams, conduct classroom observations, train paraprofessionals, and help integrate ABA strategies in school settings.

All client data is stored securely in HIPAA-compliant systems, and our team follows an extremely rigid privacy policy. Only your direct treatment team has access, and we’ll obtain consent before sharing records.

Clients can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Same-day cancellations are subject to a nominal fee.

Therapists begin with preference assessments to identify high-value motivators, use play-based introductions, and proceed at the child’s pace, gradually expanding interaction as comfort and trust develop.
