Jack D. Robinson is a shareholder and co-founder of Spies, Powers Robinson, a nationally-recognized legal advocate for children with disabilities and their families. He was the attorney for Endrew and his parents in the landmark IDEA case, Endrew F. v. Douglas County Sch. Dist., which was decided by the United States Supreme Court in March 2017. Jack has a wide range of practice areas, including Special Education and Disability Law, Construction Litigation, Complex Commercial Litigation, Appellate Advocacy, Insurance Coverage, First and Third Party Insurance Defense, and Amusement Park Liability.
