The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s Infant Toddler Program in Coeur d’Alene provides services that promote physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development for children and their families. We offer these services at no cost to families and are funded by a combination of private insurance, Medicaid, and federal and state funds. Families can apply for these services on their own or through their health care provider. Our goal is to ensure that all children and their families have access to the services they need to reach their full potential.
