Gina M. DeCrescenzo, founder of GDPC, has been working in civil litigation for many years and is passionate about improving the lives of children. Prior to GDPC, she served as the only Special Education Attorney at a private litigation firm in Dutchess County, New York, and then as the sole Special Education Attorney at Legal Services of the Hudson Valley (“LSHV”) representing low-income children and young adults with disabilities throughout Westchester, Putnam and Rockland counties. Before her work exclusively with children and young adults with special needs, Gina was recognized for her representation of hundreds of clients in eviction proceedings and foreclosure actions.Gina M.
