About Fit & Fun: Promoting Healthy Lifestyles

At Fit & Fun, we are dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles for high-functioning adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Our interdisciplinary program, led by Ashleigh Hillier, Ph.D. (UML Department of Psychology) and Deidra Murphy, PT, DPT, MHA, MS (UML Department of Physical Therapy) takes place at the University of Massachusetts Lowell’s South Campus and runs once a year beginning in February. Sessions occur weekly, from 5.00-6.30pm, and cost $50 per person, though scholarships are available. Join us at Fit & Fun to learn, grow, and begin a journey to a healthier you!
