F.A.C.T. (Foundation for Advocacy, Conservatorship and Trust, Inc.) is an organization that was founded in December 1992 to provide unique services to families. Our services include teaching and advising clients on the benefits available to children and adults from State and federal services. We also offer a “surrogate family” service to ensure stability for clients when parents and other family members are no longer a resource. To fulfill this need, FACT is legally able to act as guardian (conservator) and/or trustee for special needs trusts.
