At SUNY Syracuse Educational Opportunity Center (EOC), our mission is to provide urban communities with innovative academic programs and vocational training programs that lead to higher education, gainful employment and economic self-sufficiency. Founded over 50 years ago, we have expanded our instructional programs to offer academic, vocational and workforce development courses. Our courses and programs are constantly updated to meet the needs of our students, as well as the requirements of higher education institutions and the workforce. As one of ten EOCs in New York, we are strategically placed in “big five” (Buffalo, Capital District, Rochester, Syracuse and Schenectady) and New York City, and our administering campus is Morrisville State College. With our commitment to providing quality education and training, we strive to be the leading provider of educational and vocational services in the region.
