Oregon’s Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE) Services provides a comprehensive system to support the educational and developmental needs of children ages birth to five and their families. Our program is designed to ensure that children who qualify for special education receive a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA).
