Disability Rights California’s San Diego Office of Clients’ Rights Advocacy (OCRA) is a state-funded organization, providing legal assistance to regional center consumers of all ages. Our Clients’ Rights Advocate (CRA) helps protect the rights of regional center consumers by providing training, information, referrals, publications, legal advice, and in some cases, direct representation. Our OCRA services include assistance with special education, public benefits, regional center services, alternatives to conservatorship, and regional center eligibility. We strive to provide high quality, comprehensive services to our community.
