Disability Rights California Advocacy (DRCA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the rights of people with disabilities in California. We provide a wide range of services, including Abuse, Neglect, and Crimes Against People with Disabilities Advocacy and Community Engagement (ACE), California Memorial Project (CMP), California Office of Patients Rights (COPR), Client Assistance Program (CAP), Legal Advocacy Unit (LAU), Office of Clients Rights Advocacy (OCRA), Peer Self-Advocacy (PSA), and Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA). Our goal is to ensure that individuals with disabilities in California are treated fairly and have access to the same rights and opportunities as everyone else.
