Comprehensive MedPsych Systems (CMPS) is a trusted provider of quality healthcare services in St. Augustine, Florida. We offer telehealth services to meet the needs of our patients, including therapy, psychiatric medication management, psychological testing, and educational consultation. Additionally, we have resumed treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato to provide our patients with more options. We strive to make our services accessible to our patients by adhering to their insurance plans, which cover telehealth services the same as an in-person visit (co-pay, deductible). Should the need arise to cancel an appointment due to illness, we will still adhere to our late cancel/no show fee policy.
