At Our Lady of the Lake Church in Hendersonville, we celebrate kids with special needs – our VIPs – with our Buddy Break program. Our FREE Parents’ Day Out/respite program allows our VIPs to have fun, make new friends, play games, do crafts, hear stories, and enjoy music, while their parents get a much-needed break from care-giving responsibilities. We also equip and educate communities and churches to provide FREE respite care and programs to enrich the lives of VIP families. Our mission is to provide hope and practical assistance to VIP kids of all ages and their families, and give Buddies the opportunity to invest in the lives of our VIPs.
