Bonnie L Carlson-Green, PhD, LP is a Pediatric Neuropsychologist at Childrens Minnesota. With a PhD from Georgia State University in Atlanta, she completed her internship at Childrens Memorial Medical Center (now Lurie Childrens Hospital) in Chicago, followed by a 2-year fellowship in neuropsychology at the University of Minnesota Medical School. She joined Childrens in 1996 to specialize in neuropsychology for Hematology Oncology patients and has since provided care to patients with medical, learning and developmental issues from infancy to young adulthood. Dr. Carlson-Green has published her findings on working memory intervention (Cogmed) in brain tumor survivors and is passionate about parent advocacy for special needs students, transition planning and neurodevelopmental outcomes after childhood cancer. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travel, Nordic skiing, open water swimming, and endurance sport training.
