The Augusta Autism and Disability Support Group is an education and support resource for parents, relatives, and caregivers of children and adults with autism and disabilities. Our mission is to provide peer support, exchange of information, and professional advice from guest speakers. We also coordinate monthly community outings to reduce the isolation experienced by those with disabilities. We aim to empower individuals, families, and the community through knowledge, acceptance, and love, and to instill realistic hope and confidence that life-long happiness is still achievable for those with a life-long diagnosis.
