April Renee Mcfarland is a Board Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College and a Masters degree in Speech Communication from Auburn University. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and has received training in the Orton Gillingham Reading Program and the Linda Mood-Bell Reading Program. April has been with the Columbus Speech Hearing Center since 1996 and enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her son, Ian, when she is away from the office. Ian is a preschool homeschooler and together they explore and learn.
