Anna Rooney Language Therapist is a licensed speech language pathologist providing personalized communication therapy for children of all ages in the Oak Park/ Forest Park/ River Forest area. Anna offers speech therapy in the home, school, or child-care setting, as well as online via video conferencing. Partnering with parents and caregivers, Anna uses multi-sensory supports such as visual schedules, videos, and written prompts to help the child communicate more effectively and build upon the child’s interests for meaningful and engaging therapy. Literacy development is also an integral part of speech therapy, using the Wilson Fundations ® program.
