At AIRES, we are dedicated to providing high quality, person-centered services to children, adults and the elderly with disabilities. Founded in 1978 by Vivian Taylor, AIRES proudly serves over 400 people in Arizona. Vivian was appalled when she first walked into a classroom of special needs students and saw the inadequate support they were receiving. She was determined to be an advocate for change and worked to improve the lives of those with developmental disabilities, leading to the creation of AIRES. Inspired by Vivian’s commitment, our mission is to make a difference one person at a time. We are driven by our core values of doing the right thing, and strive to create a better future for our clients in Arizona.
